At this month's DjangoNYC we'll be having a talk on Mediathread (Github), a django based tool for doing video annotations from the folks over at the Columbia Center for New Media Teaching and Learning. Additionally Sean will be giving a recap of what happened at Djangocon.eu last month as well as the initial details of what's shaping up for the next release of Django.

As always we'll have some time for lighting talks between the main talks. Feel free to let us know if you'd be interested in giving one. They're a great way to share information with the community and to get some practice with public speaking.

Finally we'll be going over to reBar after the meeting for food, drink, and conversation. Everybody is always welcome to join.
